Kate T. Parker captures authentic strength, challenging stereotypes and celebrating the raw beauty of childhood and everyday life. Her work spans children, adults, and lifestyle photography, resonating with millions worldwide.

She is the New York Times bestselling author of, Strong Is the New Pretty which sparked collaborations with Disney, Athleta, Kellogg's, and NBC, and was named one of Amazon's Best Books of 2017. Its success led Parker to launch a philanthropic arm partnering with Girls on the Run, Disney, and The Bully Project.

Parker has published five books and co-directed her debut short documentary, Home Field, which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival. She has spoken at TEDx and companies including Google, Facebook, and ESPN, and was named one of Lürzer's Archive 200 Best Photographers in 2025.

Off camera, she's a mother of two daughters, wife, and Ironman triathlete — bringing the same determination to her personal life as her photography.
